Description
*To provide support services to the HO facility Including but not
limited to (Reception - Courier - Operator - Administrative business
communication). *To provide executive/personal assistance and maintain
personal and professional calendars. *Zero failure in administrative
activities and timely meeting the solutions. *Guest relations and
reception. *HO utilities electricity bills, telephone bills,
newspapers/magazines subscriptions. *Schedule and arrange meetings,
conference calls and department activities. *Telephone instruments,
EPABX, Computers maintenance, connectivity & upkeep. *Responsible
for all documents, files and updating of records in the department.
*Press reports file maintenance. *Internet facility management HO, SO
and residences of Ex pat members. *Attending to all equipment breakdowns
in HO/SO like ACs, water dispensers, photo copier, lighting, other
office equipment & furniture etc. Maintaining AMCs, wherever
applicable. *External Image building Initiatives.
Qualifications
University degree in Mass communications, Business administration,
or any other related discipline. Administration background is an asset.

Experience 0 – New Graduate Years.
Other Skills Hardworker - Ability to learn - Stress management - Customer troubleshooting.
Salary (L.E.) Less than 500
