Description
Assist in trips planning and booking process Support in the
preparation and compilation of statistical reports Maintain the filing
system Handle necessary correspondence for booking purposes Maintain
strong relations with potential travel agencies and seek for best
possible travel offers Handle all administrative tasks and inquiries
Execute based on Managers assignment - departmental booking orders
Coordinate and plan for regular Student Trips to Germany with all its
related documentation requirements Handle all assigned inquiries/duties
related to the GUC Guest-house in Ulm Maintain the Travel Office
database Handle any ad-hoc assigned duties
Qualifications
University degree in General Management or Tourism 0 - 3 years of
experience in the Travelling Field Computer Skills: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail Organizational, Administrative and
Interpersonal Skills Language Skills: Arabic – Fluent (Written &
Spoken) English – Fluent (Written & spoken) German is an asset

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
